Welcome to MediHome.
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MEDI HOME FAMILY CLINIC PRIVATE LIMITED’s (MediHome) services.
Please carefully go through this conditions of services, privacy policy and other terms and conditions available at https://www.medihomeindia.com before you decide to access the website or app or avail any services provided by MediHome and/or it’s partners. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not use the Website or avail any Services.
By agreeing to be a member and avail the services you agree to understand that
– MediHome is a home-based healthcare delivery system.
– MediHome is not an emergency on call service provider.
– MediHome can only offer services which can be delivered or managed at home.
– MediHome doesn’t provide all healthcare needs and treat and cure all diseases.
Membership card is compulsory for each member to avail services of MediHome.
By becoming the member you are agreeing to obey the rules and regulations of MediHome.
Validity of membership will be for one year.
Membership is not transferable.
If the Membership card is lost with in validity period renewal will be charged Rs 500.
Office time (enquiry) is from 9.00 to 17.00.
Visiting time is from 8.00 to 18.00.
We are not providing regular services on Sundays, public holidays and from 18.00 to 08.00 at present except for clients with packages otherwise mentioned.
Service will be provided only after signing the terms and conditions of Medihome by the primary card holder or the authorized/responsible person.
Primary card holder or the authorized/responsible person, who signed the terms and conditions will be responsible for official communication and decision making in case of dispute.
First visit will be as per priority order of registration.
Service will be provided at the address provided at the time of registration. In case of address change service will be provided if the changed address is with in the service limit of any MediHome branch.
No client will be attended alone at home without a carer or responsible bystander.
We are not responsible for any unavoidable delay or cancellation of the visits due to circumstances beyond our control like traffic problems, natural calamities etc.
Client is responsible to inform the unavailability earlier.
You are responsible to verify the identity of staff approaching you on behalf of MediHome for any services or financial dealing. We are not responsible for services availed from or financial transactions made to others except the authorized staff(s)/partner(s) of MediHome. Don’t indulge in interactions with persons without a valid identity card of MediHome. If anyone approaches you suspiciously, report to MediHome at mail@medihomeindia.com.
Critical emergencies like severe chest pain, symptoms of cardiac pain, sudden loss of consciousness, fits, stroke, suspected medico-legal cases, suicide attempts, Road traffic accidents (RTA), profuse bleeding, major fractures, severe breathlessness etc. and any life-threatening conditions should be shifted to the nearest hospital as early as possible. We are not responsible for any untoward incidents cost due to the conditions like mentioned above. If required MediHome will help in arranging ambulance service to the hospital of your choice depending on the package enrolled. We are not responsible for cancellation, delay in arrival or departure of the ambulance due unavoidable reasons.
Non-critical conditions of the members which can be managed at home according to the Medihome doctor will be attended only through appointments depending on the availability of the team.
The cure of any treatment depends on the varying time delay of actions of medicines and many other factors including subjective variations. We are not responsible for any delay in action of the treatment due to unavoidable and unintentional reasons. We are not responsible for unforeseen reactions of treatments like drug allergy etc.. Any such incidents should be reported immediately to the concerned specialists.
Any misbehavior towards our staff will lead to discontinuation of services and/or legal action.
Any misbehavior from our staff should be reported to MediHome office within 24 Hrs of the incident.
We are not responsible for any delay in communications due to the failure of Internet or fault with service providers or due to any technical reasons.
If possible all transactions should be through Debit /Credit card or Online payment. Cash payment will be entertained only as an alternate method if there are any inconvenience for card payment.
The decisions of Medihome will be final in service related disputes. Any dispute will come under the Kollam Jurisdiction.
