  1. “Client”, “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website, availing any services made available by MediHome and/or it’s partners provided at present or which will be added later and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

  3. “Partners” refers to one, multiple and/or all agents, affiliates, associates, representatives or other third parties MediHome associates for providing services and in anyways.
  4. ‘’Terms and Conditions’’ refers to and includes ‘’Terms’’, ‘’Conditions’’, ‘’Disclaimers‘’, ‘’Privacy Policies‘’, “Cancellation Policies’’, “Refund Policies“, “Rules and/or Regulations” and any financial and/or legal conditions and policies mentioned in official documents of MediHome or it’s website.
  5. ‘’MediHome‘’ refers to MediHome and/or its partners.
  6. ‘’Website’’, “Site” and “Our site” refers to www.medihomeindia.com if not otherwise mentioned.
  7. ‘’App” refers to MediHome App.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and MediHome in connection with your visit to the Website and your use of the Services.

By visiting the website, downloading and using the app, taking membership, availing membership card and accepting to avail the services of MediHome you irrevocably accept all the terms and conditions stipulated in this Agreement and agree to fully abide by them.

This Agreement supersedes all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you. Any oral statements or offers made by MediHome staff(s) in contrary to the conditions and against the policies mentioned in our site or official documents of MediHome is legally invalid.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Agreement for any reason and at any time. You should read the Agreement at regular intervals. Your use of the App or Website or availing any services following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement so modified. Any additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies and other policies applicable in general and/ or to specific areas of this Website or to particular Service are also considered as part of the Agreement.

You acknowledge that you will be bound by this Agreement for availing any of the Services offered by us. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please do not use the Website or avail any Services.

The Agreement is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to: a) The Indian Contract Act, 1872, b) The (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, and c) The rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed there under, including the (Indian) Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”), and the (Indian) Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the “IG Rules”).
